  • A mouth-watering selection of Italian buffet antipasti, cured mountain hams and meats, roasted vegetable platters, seafood dishes and distinguished breads. Individual mini Italian desserts of tiramisu, and pavlovas.
  • A traditional buffet of classic British fare; individual mini rabbit pies, ham hock terrines and pâtés with home made piccalillis, classic sandwich selections, fine local cheeses, hams and home made chutneys. Selection of individual British desserts.
  • Luxurious seafood tower; a gourmet selection of the finest fresh fish and shellfish available on the day. A true show piece for the boardroom, with a selection of beautifully prepared fish, accompaniments and salads.
  • A dessert buffet of intricately decorated and delicious home made individual cakes, chocolates, mousses and sweets. A perfect alternative to heavy lunches.

  • Ballontine of buttered lobster and samphire served with a cockle and French bean sauce.
  • Ratatouille stuffed home made ravioli served with a tomato and basil dressing.
  • Risotto of pea and mint, served with pan-seared langoustine.
  • Soy roast quail served on a bed of wilted spinach, cubes of roasted parsnip.
  • Supreme of Norfolk chicken breast, served on a bed of creamy mushroom risotto, and a tarragon emulsion.
  • Char grilled spring lamb cutlets - Ras al Hanut- on pomegranate quinoa, tomato salsa and jus.
  • Lightly spiced panna cotta, with raspberry coulis and berry jelly.
  • Individual lavender scented tarte tatin, honey and lavender ice cream.
  • Chocolate bomb; warm chocolate fondant centre encased in a chocolate crisp shell, served with chocolate chip ice cream.
